2018 Crowe Healthcare Summit Opening Session: Robotic Process Automation, or RPA, seems to be all the rage right now, as hospital finance, reimbursement, and revenue cycle departments consider options for lower-cost alternatives for their daily work responsibilities, in particular, those tasks which are more robotic in nature. That is, starting with a repetitive task which may not require deep expertise.
